Who we are

Torque Motor Finance Limited is a credit broker, not a lender. We help you find finance for your vehicle by introducing you to lenders.

Torque Motor Finance Limited (FRN 1061143) is an Appointed Representative of Presto Finance Ltd (FRN 984108), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Which lenders we work with

We work with a carefully selected panel of lenders through our principal firm, rather than the whole of the market, so other lenders may offer finance on different terms.

How we are paid

We don't charge you a fee for arranging your finance. Instead, if you take out finance through us, the lender pays us a commission.

• The commission may be a fixed fee, or a percentage of the amount you borrow.
• The amount can vary between lenders and between finance products. This means we may receive more commission from some lenders than from others.
• Your interest rate is set by the lender. We cannot increase your interest rate to earn more commission.

Optional products

If you choose to buy an optional product through us, such as a vehicle warranty, we may also receive commission from the provider of that product. Optional products are never a condition of getting finance.

Dealer introductions

If a car dealer introduced you to us, we may pay that dealer a fee for the introduction. This does not change the cost of your finance.

Ask us

You can ask us at any time how much commission we will receive for arranging your finance. We will tell you before you sign your finance agreement, so you can make an informed decision.
